Lead Glass Installer (Glazier)
$25-$30/hr Based on Experience | Guaranteed 40 Hours | Franklin, TN
We're looking for an experienced glass installer with at least 3 to 5 years of experience installing frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, and insulated glass units in residential homes.
You'll lead installations throughout Williamson and Davidson County, manage your truck and daily work orders, communicate professionally with homeowners, and make sure every project is completed with attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of glass installation experience
- Frameless shower, mirror, and insulated glass experience
- Ability to independently run a truck and installation
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional customer communication
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
Pay & Benefits
- $25-$30/hour based on experience
- Guaranteed 40 hours, year-round

- Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Glass Installer Trainee
$18-$22/hr to Start | No Experience Required | Guaranteed 40 Hours | Franklin, TN
Looking for a hands-on career where you can learn a valuable skilled trade?
As a Glass Installer Trainee, you'll work alongside an experienced Lewis Glass installer and learn on the job while getting paid from day one. You'll learn how to safely handle glass, install mirrors and shower doors, replace insulated glass, read work orders, use installation tools, and work professionally inside customers' homes.
No glass experience is required. We hire for character first and teach the skills.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and ready to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in customers' homes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to regularly lift 75 lbs
- Comfortable working on your feet and using ladders
- Hands-on experience is helpful but not required
Pay & Benefits
